As written in this post, there was a little error with PermaLinks using the plugin Download Monitor. I’ve contacted the author of this plugin and explained the error. He wrote a new version of the plugin and happily he decided to look at this error and removed it from the source.
The new version (currently v3.3.3.5) wil work correctly. Mike Jolley, Thanks!
